This brand new iron from Sew Easy is an excellent addition to your tool kit. The fold down handle and compact size makes it very portable, storable and perfect for small work spaces. Powerful steam or dry iron options. Teflon non-stick aluminium soleplate. 700w / single voltage 230v. Adjustable temperature control. Overheat safety protection. 20ml removable water tank. 1.3m power cord. 18.5 x 9.5cm (height 4cm when handle is folded down).

Our normal shop business hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday-Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays, and we aim to ship all orders within 2 working days with our standard shipping service. As a general guideline, UK customers will typically receive their orders in 2-4 working days, European customers in 5-10 working days and the rest of the world in 7-12 working days. Of course, deliveries may take longer during busy periods, such as Christmas and Bank Holidays, so please be patient at those times.

Orders for a large selection of fabric may take longer to process, and we will let you know if this is the case. A daytime telephone number helps to contact you in good time in such cases.

In general, we ship orders using Royal Mail for both UK customers and customers abroad.

We hope you are completely satisfied and pleased with your purchase. However, sometimes things go wrong and we would like to rectify whatever we can.

We are more than happy to refund faulty or damaged items. However, we can only refund cut fabric, ribbon or other cut or made to order product if the product is faulty or damaged, as we would have cut it specifically for you.

Please contact us before returning anything so we can advise you on the best course of action.
