Newlife Double Faced Satin Ribbon R100115-68 from Berisford.
A high quality satin ribbon made from recycled plastic bottles (waste PET). Supplied on recycled cardboard reels and wrapped in a protective biodegradable film. Certified with GRS (Global Recycled Standard), LCA (Life Cycle Assessment by ICEA) and Oeko Tex (global industry safety standard for textiles). A sustainable ribbon that does not cost the earth.

Our normal shop business hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday-Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays, and we aim to ship all orders within 2 working days with our standard shipping service. As a general guideline, UK customers will typically receive their orders in 2-4 working days, European customers in 5-10 working days and the rest of the world in 7-12 working days. Of course, deliveries may take longer during busy periods, such as Christmas and Bank Holidays, so please be patient at those times.

In general, we ship orders using Royal Mail for both UK customers and customers abroad.

We are more than happy to refund faulty or damaged items. However, we can only refund cut fabric, ribbon or other cut or made to order product if the product is faulty or damaged, as we would have cut it specifically for you.

Please contact us before returning anything so we can advise you on the best course of action.
