The high quality sewing thread AMANDA is ideally suited for silks and closing seams and for decorative hand and machine embroidery on silk fabrics. A thread with a high quality sheen for superior sewing. Excellent properties for hand and machine sewing due to the finest quality and yet high tear resistance.

Washing Instructions:	Machine wash 40 degrees. Do not tumble dry. Warm iron if necessary. Dry cleanable.

As a general guideline, UK customers will typically receive their orders in 2-4 working days, European customers in 5-10 working days and the rest of the world in 7-12 working days. Of course, deliveries may take longer during busy periods, such as Christmas and Bank Holidays, so please be patient at those times.

Orders for a large selection of fabric may take longer to process, and we will let you know if this is the case. A daytime telephone number helps to contact you in good time in such cases.

In general, we ship orders using Royal Mail for both UK customers and customers abroad.

We hope you are completely satisfied and pleased with your purchase. However, sometimes things go wrong and we would like to rectify whatever we can.

We are more than happy to refund faulty or damaged items. However, we can only refund cut fabric, ribbon or other cut or made to order product if the product is faulty or damaged, as we would have cut it specifically for you.

Please contact us before returning anything so we can advise you on the best course of action.
