Round hat or cord elastic 5mm thick. Extra Thick Round Elastic. Good quality with plenty of strength. Composition: 30% Polyester, 70% Latex.

We are more than happy to refund faulty or damaged items. However, we can only refund cut fabric, ribbon or other cut or made to order product if the product is faulty or damaged, as we would have cut it specifically for you.
