Fine but strong with a silk-like lustre. For those who prefer to sew with natural fibres. Suitable for hand and machine sewing. Applications: lock and step seams, overlock and safety seams, underwear, buttonholes, sewing on buttons, ornamental stitches and decorative seams. Soft and supple. Tear and abrasion resistant. Elastic and extendible. Light-resistant and colour-fast. Recommended needle and size: Universal, size 60 - 80. 100% mercerized cotton.

As a general guideline, UK customers will typically receive their orders in 2-4 working days, European customers in 5-10 working days and the rest of the world in 7-12 working days. Of course, deliveries may take longer during busy periods, such as Christmas and Bank Holidays, so please be patient at those times.

Orders for a large selection of fabric may take longer to process, and we will let you know if this is the case. A daytime telephone number helps to contact you in good time in such cases.

In general, we ship orders using Royal Mail for both UK customers and customers abroad.

We are more than happy to refund faulty or damaged items. However, we can only refund cut fabric, ribbon or other cut or made to order product if the product is faulty or damaged, as we would have cut it specifically for you.
