Article 2171GM-MULTI . Broderie anglaise is a whitework needlework technique incorporating features of embroidery, cutwork and needlework lace that became associated with England, due to its popularity there in the 19th century.

Washing Instructions:	Washable and tumble dry on a low heat. We strongly recommend testing a small piece first.

Our normal shop business hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday-Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays, and we aim to ship all orders within 2 working days with our standard shipping service. As a general guideline, UK customers will typically receive their orders in 2-4 working days, European customers in 5-10 working days and the rest of the world in 7-12 working days. Of course, deliveries may take longer during busy periods, such as Christmas and Bank Holidays, so please be patient at those times.

In general, we ship orders using Royal Mail for both UK customers and customers abroad.

We are more than happy to refund faulty or damaged items. However, we can only refund cut fabric, ribbon or other cut or made to order product if the product is faulty or damaged, as we would have cut it specifically for you.
